French-Canadian market adaptation for Bendon's licensed children's activity kits and books — preparing character-based products for Canadian retail across some of the world's most recognizable IP. Licensed properties include Disney Princesses, Stitch, Minnie Mouse, Marvel Avengers, Paw Patrol, Barbie, Nickelodeon, and Imagine Ink. Every product had to meet Bendon's production requirements, including working within existing English print dies, while simultaneously respecting the brand guidelines of each IP holder — no room for error at retail scale. Work spans both hands-on design execution and team direction across activity kits, colouring books, sticker books, and floor pads.
