Ready Set Learn is a multi-component early learning kit built around Daniel the Beaver — two kits produced for Costco, one for Pre-K and one for Kindergarten. Each kit contains a curated mix of educational activity components, physical learning tools, and original Daniel the Beaver branded content. I led every aspect of this project from concept through production: authoring and designing the activity books, practice pads, and flash cards for both age levels; designing all branded content and packaging around the kit components; managing physical production decisions including repurposing existing die cuts from a sister company to reduce manufacturing costs; coordinating timelines and deliverables across components; and directing a junior designer on supporting kit elements while personally executing the majority of the content.
Daniel the Beaver went from hidden mascot to the face of a complete early learning product line — two kits bringing his world into the hands of Pre-K and Kindergarten learners across Canada at Costco.
